I do miss the scenery something fierce.
I'll stop pretending like I only take photos through the window while Corey is driving.
I drive and snap myself at times.
See?

What I miss most about the drive isn't the scenery.
I always had a lot of time to reflect.
My favorite part of the drive was about an hour and a half (ish) outside of Salt Lake.
Whenever I got to see this building my chest would get really warm and I would all of a sudden feel so incredibly blessed and loved.
And I have no idea why?
Maybe it could be that my brother is currently serving as Elder Garrett?
Not sure but I always felt so amazing everytime I saw it. I always had my camera ready.

These are AMAZING!!! You are so good!
ReplyDeleteKrystle...I almost got tears in my eyes when I saw your missionary welcome home building pic! I remember seeing that building sooo many times when I lived up there! Wow the memories...hope you're doing great!
ReplyDeleteI don't know how I missed this post before. I also have very fond memories that building. My grandparents lived in Tremonton. When we would go to visit them I always remember looking for that building because I knew we would be getting close. Lots of fun memories.
ReplyDeleteKrystle, this is the first time I have come to this blog. This place is a favorite to see. Always a welcome home or something like that painted on it.
